Last updated · 16 April 2026
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website automents.ai and any related prelaunch services operated by Actual Intelligence ApS ("Automents", "we", "us"). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms.
2. Prelaunch status
The site describes a product in development. Features, roadmap, availability, commercial terms and the Chief Agent Officer programme may change without notice. Nothing on the site constitutes a binding offer, and no commercial contract is formed until you and Automents sign a separate written agreement.
3. Waitlist
Submitting your email adds you to the Automents waitlist. We may contact you with product updates, invitations to the founding CAO cohort and launch information. You can unsubscribe at any time. See the Privacy Policy for how we process your email.
4. Acceptable use
When using the site you agree not to:
- interfere with the site's integrity, security or availability;
- attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape it beyond what is permitted by law;
- submit false, misleading or unlawful content (including third-party emails you are not authorised to share);
- use the site to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.
5. Intellectual property
The Automents name, marks, logo, copy, design, source code, images and the "Chief Agent Officer" / "CAO" framing are owned by Actual Intelligence ApS or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Nothing on this site grants you any licence to use these materials other than reading the public pages.
6. No warranties
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automents disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Content is for general information and does not constitute legal, financial or professional advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Danish law, Automents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.
8. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be brought before the competent Danish courts, with the Copenhagen City Court (Københavns Byret) as the court of first instance, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence provide otherwise.
